I had a baby 18 months ago and I now weigh more than I did when I was pregnant. I want to get to a healthy weight. I had my first child and gained 20 pounds, the second and gained 36 pounds and after the 3rd baby I am at 210 lbs for all 5 feet 4 inches of my body. I need to lose weight to become healthy. Every time I tried to lose weight I failed because of my love for food. I am trying to overcome that.

Seriously you can do this.. Food doesn't have to be bad to lose weight. Plan our your calories and macros (Protein, Carbs, and Fat) then do some meal planning.. You can make some great stuff and keep in your plan.

I have a similar story. I have two children 11 months apart. I gained 35 lbs with each of them. My weight was at an all time high of 270. I was so overwhelmed and depressed.

It is possible to lose that baby weight. It took me 2 years. I'm only half way through my journey, I'm still at 204 lbs. I've got 50 more to go.

I always try to tell myself it's one day at a time, one pound at a time. Some days are better then others, but if you just keep trying and stay consistent you will see results!

Feel free to add me, I'm always looking for support and accountability, oh and fit bit friends too

It really is as easy as simply managing your portion sizes and logging everything you eat. You can still eat the foods you love, just eat less of them. Since you're short, you'll probably need to cut down on quite a bit of volume so it's a good idea to really be strict with the size of any treats. In other words, if you're used to eat a bar of chocolate and a Coca-Cola as an afternoon treat, have one or two small squares of really good chocolate and a drink that is zero calorie. You'll easily save 400 calories.
