Hi! Ive been into the Fitness life for over 3 years now. I was 230 lbs when I started back in Feb of 2012,last year at this time I was 135 lbs. What a difference a year can make I had some personal experiences that left me pretty much traumatized so of course what did I do, turned to my comfort foods (carbs and sweets) and basically turned into a sloth for a year. Well now, that has caused me to gain 40 lbs back! YES FOURTY! Im in shock but have no idea why really, I know how I got to this again and now Im ready to get this *kitten* off of me.... AGAIN. Id love to get a group of like-minded friends on here that will support and motivate me through this process. Im a lifter and a kickboxer. Im slowly trying to build up some weight again on the bar. Im not anything spectacular like some of these powerlifters but at my peak I could deadlift 150 and squat with 80 lbs on my shoulders... with a bar not a smith machine. Im ready to get into the lifting again! Kickboxing is also a very quick way for me to lose the lbs... I get my shape back SO fast when I keep up with it. So! Here I am.... trying to keep myself accountable and keep up with it. Im Angie, nice to meet ya'll!

WoW! Losing 135 lbs. is amazing! We all hit a bump in the road once in a while. It's not a failure if you get back up and into the saddle! Best of luck to you! Keep on kickin'!0
