    Today I just reached 19 pounds left to goal. When I reached 10kg, which is I estimate 22 left, I didn't change my patterns. I have been eating below the #of calories MFP set for me so I am still in a deficit. If I start to have a leveling off of loss, I will increase my activity. I never eat back my workout calories because I don't feel the need to yet.

    So my answer is nothing different yet..... Sorry likely not much help for you. Are you experiencing a plateau?

    Change your workouts & eat more protein.

    As you lose weight make sure to refresh your MFP goal, the less you weigh the less calories you get. 9lbs lost with MFP and I get 60 less calories than when I started. Doesn't sound like a lot but it adds up.
  • Thank you all much for the help. I will try implementing as many of these tips as possible as I have recently just been struggling to lose the last bit of weight. Also as for changing up exerise does anyone know if I would benfit more from increasing reaistnace or cardio training?
