Hi All

I'm Gill from Sydney Australia. I currently weigh 155kg. I have alot of weight to lose (around 90kg) and my eventual goal is join the Navy as a Medical Sailor.

I think that by posting here and connecting with like- minded people it will help me keep on track to achieve my goals
