    1.) Fuji apples and peanut butter/almond butter (Justin's Nut Butter is my fav)
    2.) Greek Yogurt (any kind really)
    3.) Hummus and veggies
    4.) Cheese and grapes
    5.) Peach "cobbler" - chopped fresh peach mixed with a touch of agave or sugar and cinnamon, microwaved until tender and hot and topped with crunchy granola (For like 200 cals, this is just right when you need something sweet and comforting).

    3) Any fresh fruit- watermelon, grapes, raspberries, strawberries, blackberries, bananas, kiwi etc...
    4) Quaker Life bars- Cinnamon roll raisin pecan and a cup of hot tea (150 cals)
    5) Tuna salad on a Wasa multigrain cracker

    Not very exciting but filling and good for you but most of all it 'Hits the spot' so you're not ravinous between meals.
