    1) Emerald cocoa roast almonds-Dark Chocolate 100 calorie pack
    2) Great Value sugar free Maple-brown sugar instant oatmeal (100 cals per pack)
    3) Any fresh fruit- watermelon, grapes, raspberries, strawberries, blackberries, bananas, kiwi etc...
    4) Quaker Life bars- Cinnamon roll raisin pecan and a cup of hot tea (150 cals)
    5) Tuna salad on a Wasa multigrain cracker

    Not very exciting but filling and good for you but most of all it 'Hits the spot' so you're not ravinous between meals.

    5) Gummy Vitamins- I know this sounds crazy but I hate taking pills so I get all my vitamins (calcium, multivitamins and omega-3s) in gummy form. I tell myself it's candy.

    Wasa hearty crispbread with Laughing Cow Cheese

    Organic blue corn tortilla chips with salsa (fresh is best but like Goya Pico De Gallo)
