4) Quaker Life bars- Cinnamon roll raisin pecan and a cup of hot tea (150 cals)
5) Tuna salad on a Wasa multigrain cracker
Not very exciting but filling and good for you but most of all it 'Hits the spot' so you're not ravinous between meals.0 -
