Is anyone else on the 5:2 Fast Diet? I started 3 days ago and am doing my first fast.

IF is a legitimate way to create a calorie deficit. The people who do 5:2 generally eat a healthy amount of calories. It is NOT a VLCD.
It's certainly not magic, but I understand why it works for some.0 -
I have done this diet and lost two stone I. Two months, with no exercise. I did a lot of research before starting it has been the most scientific diet going to back to human origins and eating patterns. You'll find you look forward to the 500days after a couple weeks. I recommend making a 500 calorie salad with potatoes or pasta and chicken, then splitting it up over the day.0

I personally only lasted one day on the 5:2 (lol!) but I know it certainly works for some!0 -
Just started today, you still doing it? 1st meal of the day at 12:00, pretty good for me, I am usually a constant grazer!0
