I started March 2015 at 255 lbs I'm a male aged 61. Now 9/30 I weigh 201. Goal is 200 lbs. I just changed my diet learned and am still going to a weight loss clinic. Main thing helped me was no cokes sweet drinks. Water or unsweetened iced tea, coffee.

Great weight loss - definitely think that sodas should be banned. I wonder how many people don't think about their liquid calories.0
