Food on the run?

Hi everyone. I was hoping you all could give me a few ideas on what to eat for breakfast lunch and dinner.
You see I'm a server and don't exactly get a lunch break during my 12 hour shifts. I basically just order something quick and snack on it between tables. So not healthy!
I work at a sports bar so our choices for healthy eating is few and far between.
I was hoping you guys could tell me quick easy things I can bring from home to get my day started and to munch on between tables that isn't greasy fried food!! Or any ideas on what to order off a bar menu that won't kill my dieting.
Thankssss

I was very pleasantly surprised a bar by me actually has hummus with carrot and celery sticks on the menu. They probably have carrot and celery sticks for the chicken wings so just bring some hummus. You can also have smoothies or broth soup in an insulated to go cup and take sips as you pass.0

Try eating breakfast before you go to work that has lots of protein (eggs, protein shake, etc.). For lunch: Can you make your own sandwich or wrap (at home)? Try bring in some apple slices or string cheese; that way you can just grab a bite and go again. Maybe also grab a protein bar to help sustain you through the busiest hours.
I'm know it's tough to not get a lunch break, but maybe you could choose off-peak hours to sit down for a few minutes to eat.
One other things - ordering from a sports bar can be tricky. No food is really off limits as long as you stay within your calorie requirements. Just look for things that may boost your calories that you don't really need like high-fat dressings on a sandwich, fried food, even cheese can bump it up quite a bit.

I cook at a bar. I'd say one of the best things you can do besides bringing food is make friends with one of the cooks. I frequently whip up salads to share with one of our bartenders. Sometimes one of us will bring in a couple different toppings. Personally, I eat a ton of pistachios. I like that I have to take the shell off; it makes the eating process a little longer...slows me down woofing them down. I bring in fruit a lot, sometimes whole sometimes cut. If you make a big fruit salad, it will generally keep for 3-4 days in the refrigerator. I probably eat 4 cups of fruit a day. Sushi is pretty healthy and easy to grab. Our local grocery has some pretty good stuff. I'd only buy it if it's made in store; I got some at Trader Joe's once and it was a big mistake. Their prepared stuff is generally pretty good, but sushi dries out too quickly to be shipped into a store.
Smoked salmon is another favorite...sometimes with a little cream cheese and cucumbers. I frequently eat a slice or two of deli turkey for some quick protein.
Good luck...being around bar food all the time can be rough, but not quite as bad as working in a bakery. I've just hit my first goal of losing three years of bakery weight. Brownies were just too tempting. I never drink my shift beers because I know that'll be as bad as my brownie habit was.0
