Slowly loosing motivation

I know I'm loosing weight it's just my brain is telling me im not. Scales are getting lower but my head is saying I'm getting bigger. Help? :s

  • Do you track your measurements? That might be a good way to validate your progress! There is a brand called Myotape (I think that's what it's called) that hooks onto itself so it makes it easier to measure without a second pair of hands. It's available on amazon.

    Have you considered taking pictures, then taking them again a month or two later. Often that will show progress that you will miss otherwise.

    This. I was losing motivation for a couple months because the scale wasn't moving but then I remembered I hadn't taken measurements in a couple months and wouldn't you know, I had lost some inches even though the scale hadn't budged. It was an awesome feeling!

    I have actually I took a photo at the beginning of this journey and have taken others too!

    Ah wow I'm definitely investing in one taking my measurements always slips my mind do hopefully this will perk me up a bit when I see what progress I've made
