Went shopping for a new suit and stood in front of a full length mirror, thought it was one of those imported from a circus, a friend suggested that I try this site so here I am. Wish me luck!

    Welcome and good luck. You will find all the help you need here. Stick with it and educate yourself. Don't get discouraged and ask questions. Read labels and stick to portion size and healthy foods. Watch sodium and drink a lot of water.
