7 minute app - real life, long-term reviews?

I have been looking for reviews all over the Internet and MFP, too. But they either come from pretty fit people who would just view this as a warmup or people who only tried it for a few days.

Has anyone done this for a substantial amount of time and can tell me their experience? I am aware that you should do more than just one set. I wouldn't count this towards my calories. But I need something to kick start my day and get me into routine. Has anyone got fitter or slimmer by doing this?

    Well, even if it's not effective, I would like to see a review of it :-) I guess if you are pretty unfit and also try to reduce your calories at the same time I wonder if it does something, at least give you more energy.

    I could see it being a good way to warm up. That's about it. Unless you use it everyday and follow a reduced calorie diet

    @DavPul is right having nothing good to say can be an inditement of a product. Also, it can't give you more energy, you may feel euphoric for a while after a workout, but by definition they burn energy.

    maybe i should clarify.. i wouldn't do it for just 7 minutes .. :-)

    I would do 3 reps as recommended and it's also high intensity, if you do it 7 days a week I can't see it not working... especially with someone who isn't that fit.

    I'm traveling next week and have it on my phone in case I don't make it to the hotel exercise room. I didn't think it was intended as a primary workout, but rather as s back up thing.

    if anything it will get me into a routine.. I am on the heavier side and to discourage someone to do any kind of exercise is, imho this typical all or nothing attitude that brought a lot of people to the weight they are.

    I started two days ago and it's not that easy as it sounds, which for someone sedentary like me is obviously a sign that ot does something.

    I am happy to share my experience in the next few weeks /months...

    Just picking up on this - how did it go?

    I'm interested as I have very limited time and want to use this to get started and into the routine of making time for exercise, whether I do 1 or 3 circuits better than nothing! Forming habits and all that.
