Does anyone have the schedule for this? Mainly the treadmill version? I'm looking to transition from C25K to B210K in just a couple short weeks and was wondering what I follow?

Hey there! I am on week 2, day 2 of the Bridge to 10K program and I can hardly believe that I am doing it!! I feel so energized when I complete a run that I can't wait until the next one.

I do have a question for others who are doing the B210K or ANY running program...

I have developed a sharp pain in my left groin area. It doesn't hurt all the time and I was able to run on Sunday despite it; however, when I crouch, lift my leg or even get into the car it pains really bad! Has anyone else had this type of injury and what do you recommend for soothing the pain?

I have been taking hot, jetted baths and taking a two day rest between runs but I wanted to know if there was something else that might help?

    Thanks for your help!!
