Sugar

I know I probably sound dumb but just wanted to know what is the re commended amount of sugar you should 'intake' ? I am eating tons of fruit at the moment and would say 80-90 % of my sugar is from this but I am going over what's on my diary ( my vitamin c is also going way over ). Is this ok as it is not refined sugar and does it have anything to do with why I loose weight very slowly ?
Thanks
Thanks

You are fine consuming sugar, assuming you're not diabetic. It will not slow down your weight loss, just count the calories from it. Fruits are also rich in vitamins and minerals.0

I'd watch eating too much fruit
you can overdose on the natural sugars
oranges are high in sugar
apples are a lot less
wouldnt worry about the vitamin c levels - keep them high0 -
