Cize workout

Is there anyone here doing the cize workout by Sean t.
I started today to help me lose some pregnancy weight. I've never completed a fitness DVD program in my life lol hoping I can find some buddies on here that are doing it for some encouragement and support

My gym has a class they started on Saturdays. I have no had the opportunity to attend yet. Hopefully, I will this Saturday.
