    pull downs bent over pull downs face pulls shoulder press bench press pushups butterflies dips cable pull downs with a rope.. so so so many good ones

    Here are some of my current shoulder exercises:

    Shoulder:
    Cuban presses
    long bar raises
    Standing straight bar military press
    Rotator cuff separate arms
    dumbbell press (one at a time with hip push) neutral grip weights no lower than ears elbows in
    Arnold press. Be careful. Elbows in close and don't pull too far down
    Side raises (ALWAYS do side raises THUMBS UP) in a V formation up to 135 degrees (just above parallel)
    Front dumbbell raises alternating thumbs UP
    Slight bend in elbow and up to parallel only. Once you get stronger do one arm at a time hanging on to squat rack.
    Rear dumbbell raises seated bent forward
    Better: rear delt barbell row standing bent forward
    Seated machine side raise
    Clean and press
    Assisted dips. Be really careful of FORM and weight
