Hey all,
My name is Ben, I've been working out daily for almost two years now. I love the results I get from lifting and running and things like. I just quit smoking after 16 years. Gonna try a new diet and see if I can't gain the 15 lbs I've been looking for.

Well done on the quitting smoking! I know its not easy, I quit 2 years and 8 months ago. I gained loads of weight after but I don't regret it.0
