For those of you that do or have tried bodyrock- how do you log it for exercise?!

    I do it a calisthenics, push up, sit ups, vigorous effort....

    Same as above. I love bodyrock!! I now use my hrm though- definitely a good tool to have for that stuff!

    i did my first bodyrock workout yesterday, and listed it as circuit training

    Thanks guys! I love body rock as well- sometimes you think its so easy but the next day you can't walk lol.

    SO TRUE!!! That's the best part - you feel the effort you put in with sore muscles!

    I log it as circuit training. For me, the MFP guestimations are about what my HRM says
