Anyone lose extra lbs

Just curious if anyone lost a little extra to give yourself some room to flucuate during maintenance?

My goal was to stay below 200lbs. I working on a 195lbs. - 190lbs. cushion. This eases my stress when I have a bad (fun) weekend and pack on some pounds.0

Yes, my initial goal was 180lbs from 224. I reached that goal 1month ago and have stayed on the site. Iswitched to maintain but it is very rare I meet the calorie goal with the amount of cardio I do. I am now down to 170lbs. I guess it is good to have a cushion but be careful you can get down to low and I am speaking from experience because everyone says I really should not lose anymore!!!!!! Feel free to add me as a friend for motivation, just ran my 1st 5k in 19 minutes 28 seconds, my next goal is a 10k and then a half!!!!!!!!!0
