My two favorites:
Joseph's Pitas - I usually get them at Walmart or Cub.
3g net carbs and 50 calories.
Sandwich Bros. Turkey Sausage or Egg Breakfast Sandwiches I usually get these at Kowalski's Markets
12g carbs and 140-150 calories

Tuna and cottage cheese are the only things I can think of that I eat and fit the criteria.0
-
Vegetables--mostly carbs, but so few calories that there still aren't that many.
Shrimp.
Smoked salmon, but it's not really that low cal.0 -
Spaghetti squash - by far the most filling low calorie food I've eaten0

Spaghetti squash sauteed in coconut oil(healthy fat) served with a can of stewed tomatoes as sauce. Flavor with your favorite spices. Filling and nutritious.0

Meat and non-starchy vegetables. It seems like a generic answer but that's pretty much the basis of every single meal I eat. There's so few calories (and carbs) in meat and vegetables alone that I often need to go out of my way to add high calorie foods like cheese, nuts and added fats to my meals in order to reach a reasonable calorie intake for the day.0

Green vegetables.0

• sashimi sushi and seaweed paper or seaweed salad.
• green drinks & smoothies
canned tuna is high in sodium so I personally avoid it. canned foods are dead foods. hummus isnt low
carb. all beans have a hefty amount of carbs. good for maintaining weight, but not for loosing.0 -
Eggs. I don't know how they stack up for calories, but I can only eat so many, so when I really want to lose fast, I eat eggs. Until my belly protests by keeping me near a potty all day! TMI, but I didn't want anyone to find that out the hard way.0

shrimp, crab legs, lobster, and my protein shakes0

Yum! Lox. I might take a little Neufchâtel cream cheese spread it on the lox and wrap it around a trimmed table onion.

Shirataki noodles steamed with veggies and either Asian sauce (soy, stevia, ginger, garlic, cayenne, cilantro, maybe PB2 powder) or fat free cream cheese/garlic/pepper. You can add a lean protein (shrimp, chicken, etc) for a great low cal meal.0
