I workout like crazy every day, but can't stop eating late at night; hence no weight loss :(
Does anyone share the same problem?

Working out won't make you lose weight unless doing so makes you burn more calories than you're consuming.

I go in phases where I eat nothing during the day so that at night, when I'm hungry, I can eat without jeopardizing my deficit.

You could try that method. It might work for you. In fact... I find that I'm not hungry unt

I eat the greatest amount of my calorie allowance after 4 pm. I find if I eat at least 60 grams of protein and a great deal of fiber in the evening, to helps keep me full.

How long have you been working out every day for?
Are you watching how many calories your eating?
Eating late at night is fine as long as it doesn't make it difficult for you to sleep.

Workouts can stimulate your hunger. Its the body's way to repair and build. Its difficult. My hunger gets worse the day AFTER a hard workout so if its a rest day I eat in surplus that day. I've been trying to train my hunger by eating more on those days.

So the trick is to work on the "can't stop eating" part. You want to fuel your burn adequately so that you aren't starving all the time. I suggest splitting up a protein shake, half which is taken before your workout and half after.

Ive noticed this too! I work out at 5am and I used to eat almost immediately afterwards. Then I would be hungry for lunch earlier etc. The problem is I have always been a late night snacker (well, as late as someone who works out at 5 can stay up :P) and I would burn through my calories early in the day. I am not doing mid-morning meal at 11 instead of forcing down breakfast at 7am. It's really helping me plan my day better!

    Are you over restricting yourself?

What time do you eat dinner? I used to eat a lot (like, a lot) of calories at night, but then I started working late and eating dinner later, and it helps a lot. I eat a filling breakfast, a late lunch, and an afternoon snack, and then I eat dinner between nine and ten. For me, this really cuts down on my snacking, because at normal late-night snack time, I feel like I just ate! (I realize this isn't possible for everyone, but I work from home, so I can mess with my mealtimes.) Maybe you could give that a try?

Thank you all for your comments. I am very new and learning how to do it right and what will work for me... It's not easy, but it's only been 4 weeks. I am hopeful and very determined.
Thanks again for your support

If you find yourself struggling with nightly eating, save yourself a nice chunk of calories for your evenings :]
Have larger evening meals too. You can find ways around this, you are in control.
    Hang in there!
