Hey all! I've been doing this thing now for 3 months. I have connected with some great people who keep me motivated and keep MFP fun. I try to return the encouragement and motivation. Looking to just keep connecting with any MFP member to keep motivation going. Feel free to add/message me. I'm up for people who would also like to establish fitness challenges!     What are some of ya'lls goals? Here are some of mine.

    Goal 1 274 lbs (7 lbs away)
    Goal 2 200 lbs
    Goal 3 learn portion sizes and control. And how to make healthy eating even more delicious.
    Goal 4 be able to run a mile
    Goal 5 improve self confidence
    I'll add more goals once these have been met. In all I'm looking to lose over 100 lbs and enjoy the journey ☺

    I've used mfp off and on and have realized that I have succeeded with diet and exercise routines only when I have friends that are on the journey with me. That is what I'm looking for here.

    Weigh 178 lbs. was 192 and down to 163. I just ordered a probiotic because I read your body can be addicted to sugar and carbs. I have not been exercising and also eating a lot. Need to change this. :smile:
