I knew I was getting heavy so I started working out about 6-8 months ago. I didn't weigh myself before I started but after about three months I weigh 238. I now weigh 218 @ 6' tall. I still have a long way to go but since I started using this app, it's really helping me get focus on what I am eating. I'm such a picky eater. This app is helping me learn what to eat etc. Eating a lot more healthier I am hoping to get down to 185-190 with a 32"-34" waist. I already lost about 3.5" around my waist. I hit the elliptical and weights 4 times a week. toning as I lose the extra pounds.

Thanks pinky, I'm trying not to get frustrated. I gain 1.5 lbs from my last weigh in even though I'm way under my calories!!! :0(0
