I workout 6-7 days a week for 30 min. The rest of the day I am semi-active doing cleaning, shopping and playing with my 9.5 month old.
What should I put as my activity level?? I typically put "light"

When MFP asks your activity lever, it's asking about how active you are on a daily basis without exercise.
Unless you plan on eating based on TDEE and you don't plan to log your exercise calories, then include exercise in your activity level.0 -
1. If you log exercise separately, then the rest of what you describe probably counts as "lightly active." If not, then very active.
2. But it doesn't really matter. Pick whatever seems most appropriate, and log as carefully as you can. After a month, compare your goals to your results. If you are losing faster than you want, then increase your activity level in MFP, which will give you more calories to eat. If you are losing slower than you want, then decrease your activity level. If your weight loss matches your goals, then leave the activity setting where it is.0
