Low sodium marinades and spices

Anyone have good alternatives to the bottled marinades that you find at the grocery store (Lawry's, etc)? The sodium content in the marinades are pretty high, and while I don't use them all of the time I do like the Carribean jerk flavored one and would like an alternative. Also, I'm trying to find a low sodium chili powder. Any suggestions would be appreciated. I have a Whole foods market but not a Trader Joe's nearby.

    The stores here where I live carry Mrs. Dash marinades in the bottle that are salt free. Not sure if there is a Carribean Jerk though.
