Exercise addiction

I've been a lazy couch potato all my life but when I started working out daily, it seemed like at first I was forcing myself to do it but now I want to do it. I never thought that would happen to be honest. I guess my body likes it?

Now if only I can stop being that way towards food... Lol.

It really does become the same with food. At least in my case. When I first started I was sooooo miserable. I was addicted to fountain pop, like seriously addicted 3-5 of them a day. I haven't had one in 33 days, and you know what I don't even crave them :). It just kind of makes you realize how hard you're working and it's not worth it to sweat you're booty off and reverse it by pounding down a Big Mac.

Same for me. I was never into any any sports, but finding something I liked at the gym and an addict was born.

Yesterday I walked into the gym so lazy that I wanted to rather run away and after couple of hours I couldn't stop!
