If you want to lose weight and eat dessert, make it full cream but a small serving. The food industry cut fats from desserts but replaced it with sugar to make it palatable. And that led to problems.

The main low fat dessert i eat is fresh fruit. When i was still eating dairy, i would love natural whole milk yoghurt with fresh fruit.

I know this is probably not what you are interested in but its the best.

I also use the mini tart shells fill with fruit and low fat cool whip, or the mini sponge cakes and fill with strawberries or pineapple and top with lf cool whip. We also have a yonanas dessert maker but a friend of mine blends bananas, yogurt and frozen fruit and gets the same results for a low cal ice cream

I just dipped fresh strawberries into one of those sugar free chocolate mousse jello cups! It was delicious and tasted really decadent!
