GOAL FOR FORTY

I will turn 40 in a little over a year and a half. After an injury and a child, I'd like to see forty at my best. This is really going to suck at first but I look forward to finally investing a little time and effort to myself.

    If I am still fighting the battle at age 65, you can certainly do it at 40! Take it easy at first and always remember to be kind to yourself. Good luck!
