Are any jump lovers out there? It happens to me every time I jump double unders! I don't know if I want to pee or I actually pee or it's the sweat.

It's probably pee. I've had 2 kids. I don't jump rope for this reason.0

@Havasufalls check this out then. It made me worried a bit. I don't have kids and also I don't know about any other reason why I would have problem with those muscles

I skip everyday at the gym, never had that issue. I always get extremely weird looks since I'm one of 3 people at my gym who skip and by far the best at it. I can relate to that issue if anyone's had it haha0

It's not an uncommon problem for women. Especially women who have had children. The pelvic floor muscles get looser, tendons and connective tissue gets looser. Reproductive organs sag. Combine that with with a short female urethra and sometimes you pee a little when you jump, run, laugh or sneeze.
I bought a skipping rope and I have to make sure my bladder is empty before I use it. Even then, pantiliners.0 -

I am just 22 and I don´t have any children. And I also go to the bathroom before I jump. Even while I jump and when i come to the toilet - nothing.

It's just not uncommon for girls. You're bouncing around, short urethra. Shrug.

Yes, I have this problem too. I have 6 kids, but man, even going right before I get started doesn't help.0
