Syncing my Withings

can someone help me? I synced my Withings to my fitness pal... The area for my steps to be recorded shows up but my steps won't transfer from Withings to fitness pal. What am I missing?

  Do you have it selected in app settings (go to the menu -> Select Steps -> Select your device)?

  I did that part and I have a check mark next to Withings pulse to track but for some reason my steps won't crossover

  On my home page just below my calorie goal and intake chart is a little box that says 0 Withings of 10,000
