Protein pancakes:

1 mashed banana
2 eggs
1/8 teaspoon baking powder
Splash of vanilla

    Not sure how 14g of protein qualifies as 'protein pancakes'.

    Similar to my pancakes (I make them sometimes), but I add Quest Multi-Purpose Mix Protein Powder in it.

    They look delicious and easy but, yeah, I'm not sure 14g of protein in 240ish calories qualifies.

    Half the batch would make a nice snack tho!

    topped with maple syrup?
    most are only high fructose corn syrup with flavor
    watch the sugar content - too much can be bad.
    that looks like 2 table spoons at 32 grams of sugar each

    Would sugar free syrup pass your extremely high standards for what other people should put in their bodies?
