Binge eating prevention - what's yours?

Hello
I am starting over again. I have come to the realisation that I am doing things wrong. I'm bingeing again.
I recently split with my boyfriend who turned out to be a liar. I lost 10kg only to put 4 of it back on.
I have started seeing a nutritionist who has put me on 6x small meals a day and it's working. But. Oops. I just had a pizza at 4am. Why?
I discovered after finishing this pizza that I was destroying myself again.
I cried.
I keep a diary of all the good and bad I do to myself in regards to food. I wrote down an eating routine.
I even wrote down what i should do to avoid bingeing, I will share this with you:
1. Drink water and lemon (this detoxes the body by flushing out waste)
2. Pamper myself by:
3. Having a bath
4. Organise my wardrobe
5. Sleep
6. Go to a Zumba class
7. Call a friend
8. Listen to soothing music and relax
9. Look at pictures of slim (realistic figures of women)
10. Read success stories and get motivated again
11. Be kind to yourself
12. Look back at the list I have just written
Sleep is very good for weight loss, as it enables you to recharge and rejuvenate.
Please if you have any binge eating prevention techniques then please share i really need the advice.
I made myself so ill due to the pizza that I think and hope I'll never do it again

I haven't had pizza in about 2 months since restarting. I've found that pizza from the major pizza restaurants makes me feel awful a few hours after eating it. Stomach pains and just a bloated feeling that is extremely uncomfortable. As much as I love pizza that experience keeps me from buying that junk now.
As for binge eating, drink lots of water. When you feel you need to eat, the first thing you should do is drink a cup of water to see if that satiates the hunger/craving.
Another thing I do is allow myself one cheat meal per week. I don't binge here either. I consciously choose to keep my sanity by having something I like and not going overboard with it. So if your thing is pizza, maybe have no more than 2 slices of it as your cheat meal.
Eventually I'd like to get to a place where I don't need the cheat meal at all, and simply occasionally treat myself with one.0 -
My first "cheat" meal was a waffle and syrup, the sugar intake was so high from what i was use to that it made me crash, which was always a problem before i started dieting, but hadn't hit me again till the cheat day. the feeling of life draining from me, getting weak and feeling like total crap keeps me from sitting down and eating bad. I have this constant need to snack, its a hard habit to break. but being accountable now for my calories keeps the snacking at bay, i stopped watching Tv, cause that's my biggest trigger. as is eating when i have a really stressful, sucky day. I also cleaned out my home of all bad food so I don't have a choice, by the time it takes me to maybe order or go get food I can usually talk myself out of it and remind myself what I'm doing and how after I'm done eating I'd be upset with my failure. something I also don't like feeling. I have too many people watching me and I don't want to fail. It's hard, really hard, because I love food. find your triggers, and BREAK THEM!
also I started keeping a journal as well, all my successes and failures. it has helped. keep that up i think its a wonderful idea to have.0
