The healthier way

Okay so back in 2012 I had a severe ulcer that caused me to lose weight very fast. I dropped 40 lbs. I was 160 before I got sick and by the time I was able to start eating again I was down to 120. Partway through my ulcer period I was 145 lbs and my husband wanted to take a picture of me cause I was having a happy day

Depression and not eating very healthy caused me to gain the weight back but as of today I weigh 146.6 lbs. I have changed my eating made it a lifestyle change. I am working out monday through friday either at the gym or at home. I have made so many changes within myself. and this is me now.

First pic I was size 8/9 in jeans, second pic a size 6.
I did this side by side comparison

Once I get to my goal weight I will post an overall progress.

This is a great example of the difference in appearance, at the same weight, when you are also fit, healthy and happy. Good for you.0
