Help!

Hi everyone! So I'm trying to find out how to record my work out....I just started to jog/walk....when I try to put that into my workout part and try to see what calories I have burn it won't show up....So I'm wondering what do I put it under as? If anyone knows please get back to me! THANKS!!!

    If you're doing jog/walk intervals, try putting them in separately. Unless you have a HRM that is.
