I like this site so far. I mostly like the mobile app better than Livestrong. I started June 1st on another venture to slowly lose weight and this week my goal is to not have fast food. Well, I slipped up twice but not to a large degree and my calorie intake has been alright. Due to a stroke, long hours, a daily commute of 140+ miles (3+ hours) I don't have much time or any vigorous exercise (that and I hate sweating), I have to start out by making better food choices. Packing lunches, logging in those choices, even if they're horrible ones. I do work and live in places with stairs, so for now, that is about all I can do. Doesn't driving burn calories?? He Hee. It should. I live in the Los Angeles area.
