Hey friends! Just looking for some new positive people to be friends with. my personal goal is to add muscle and pretty much get shredded lol. I'm new to this app, so add me if you'd like. :-).

Hi she squatest...ripped would be nice. I got a few pounds to lose but I would like to get ripped as my excess falls off. Are you following a particular program? I thought I begin chalene extreme tomorrow. I want to add this to cardiovascular and a low carb diet. ....btw my name is Yvonne0

Being ripped is a goal of mine. I used to lift 5 days a week following a program my trainer designed. But I've stopped recently and need to get going again. We should be friends.0
