i have increased my spead n having troubles reaching my peak. Pace went from 7:45 to 8:23. How does this happen in a treadmill with an increase in speed? Over the same time.

I'm confused. An 8:23 pace is slower than 7:45, not faster.

I know that's y I'm confused!! I was on the treadmill had increased the speed n somehow my fit bit reads 8:23.0

If your using a fitbit to measue your perfomance on a treadmill it can be off. They arent exactly accurate especially on a treadmill as I believe it relies on your steps to estimate the distance. It could be possible with the increase in speed you lengthened your stride and the fitbit thought you were going slower.
Instead use the treadmill's time and distance. That would probably give you a more consistant and accurate reading.
