Losing baby weight

I had my first baby 9 weeks ago and have 2st 2lb to lose to get me back to my pre pregnancy weight. My calorie target is 1410 and the only exercise I get is looking after a newborn! Any tips to help me get started (and keep going!) would be very welcome!

Are you breastfeeding? If so, you may want to check your calorie allowance as you will require additional calories to keep up the milk.
My tips would be to plan your meals and snacks in advance, track all that you eat and drink, make sure you measure or weigh all that you eat and drink.0 -
Thanks - I'm breastfeeding at night only so approx 50% of the time so will check if this makes a difference0

Go for walks! Baby wearing has helped me a lot. Around the house, going grocery shopping. Just keep moving! (& hydrated, of course!)0

Tons of baby wearing workouts out there0
