Hi all
I am back for the second time as I joined mfp in 2012/2013 and stuck to calorie counting and exercising for 12 months ans I lost 8st 3lb in 12 months I was over the moon, I was pretty big to start off with I was 21st 5lb and managed to get to 13.2 I felt amazing but I let myself down and I creep back to 19.10 all my own fault, fell in love, my dad is terminally ill and I just ate ate ate but still all my own fault as only me controls what I shove in my mouth. Any ways I'm BACK and I'm on it like you wouldn't believe my new journey started 4 weeks ago and I have managed to lose 1st 3lb so far but it's so hard and I remember now how it was last time So I am looking for friends and support of anyone that is in same boat and got a lot of weight to lose, just find it helps if you know that you ain't alone please feel free to add me and I am very open just need some support and I am sure I ain't alone x. Hi Jennie - Welcome back!
You lost an INCREDIBLE amount before so there is absolutely no reason why you can't succeed and maintain this time round. Don't beat yourself up about gaining some weight, these things happen to most of us! You're a human being and can certainly be forgiven for letting more important things take over calorie counting! Congratulations on your fantastic loss so far and keep up the great work!0 -
Thanks hun I am jut disappointed in myself and I know how I felt last time and hated how I looked and same again this time, look in mirror and I hate what I see all my lovely new clothes don't fit and all I wear is baggy tops and leggings all the time. I will do this again it's just gonna be hard but it was last time and every time I work out it brings back memories to how it was last time hard bloody work lol but I know I will love the end results and that's keeping me going I have a holiday booked next July and I will get back into my old clothes and then carry on as I still wasn't totally happy but getting to 13.2 is my first goal. I remember how I felt and how much energy I had and I want that back just need the support along the way x Jennie x0
