Hi, I'm starting back up again. Just looking for some support. I'm in my 40's and it's difficult trying to lose weight. I need all the help I can get.

Losing weight is difficult at any age! I am in my 31 and I struggle with it everyday. You have many people in the same boat as you. Don't give up. I have started and re-started 100 times within months. I am back at it just like you. Good luck!0

Restarting this week as well. Feel like I am at an all time low (highest weight). I haven't exercise in months. GOT.TO.GET.BACK.ON.TRACK. 44 and having a hard time dropping weight.0
