This is going better than I thought

I have been actively trying for the past week with this whole MFP thing... (I got lazy for two weeks before that) but anyways..
I gave up pop 2 years ago..that was easier than I thought..
But now my big deal was junk food! Especially chocolate.. well I've been tempted but told myself I can't. I do have those 100 calorie packs.. chocolate covered pretzels ect. which I know has plenty of sugar but better than candy i'd think.. so those have helped me. so far.. as long as I have something I like on hand.. I'm good.. I hope this keeps up.
I still do pizza..but I will watch how much of it I eat.
If I do get a chocolate craving I think I'll buy a thing of dark chocolate little candies.. so I can have one here and there..

thats great that you're doing well on here. and you're planning ahead for cravings. i started in october and made it like 2 wks. then i didnt get on again until like a month ago. but it has helped me so much. any questions i have usually has answers in the msg boards. ppl have great ideas to make it more fun. and i love seeing other ppls achievements. very motivational.0

Sweets are my biggest problem as well... But the less you go crazy and indulge, the less you will want to eat them all the time. I feel like it is ok to have a little bit of sinful things every now and again. Good luck losing weight and keep up the good work!0

Yeah I think I did a week or two..then stopped for two weeks..but I'm back now and I'm for it.. afraid those of my TOM coming on the 20th.. now that is major cravings!0 -
