Best Protein powder?

Options
I am looking for a good protein powder. I can not have anything with Soy or Corn in it. I do not eat refined sugar either. I've done a few searches, but don't know where to start.

I am doing the insanity program along with the Elite Nutrition Plan. Lots of recipes call for protein powder.

TIA!

we have a grocery store called "sprouts" and they have whey protein powder that I buy and put in my smoothies - it's not a drink mix, just the plain protein powder

I just bought Pro 5 from Nutrishop. It's a whey protein with over 30 grams protein per scoop, very low carb. I also like Jay Robb protein, but it's more expensive per serving.

Dymatize ISO-100 is a good one. No soy, zero carbs, and is one of the cheaper ones. It's also 100% whey hydrolyzed protein which means it digests better.

    Check out my site: http://alluserreviews.com/protein-powder

It's got reviews (including video reviews) on this one and a ton of other protein powders.

    Hope that helps.

Pure creatine is best for you, all the other protein shakes are useless, to make it into a powder they have to heat it to very high temperatures, dry it out and put all sorts of other chemicals in it, by the time its ready to sell all the protein/nutrients are dead.
