High protein low fat low carb suggestion

I always have a hard time hitting my protein but never on carbs or fat. Any suggestions for good desserts or snacks that are high in protein and low carb/fat?

You can make protein fluff, or a protein shake.0

Reduce some of the carb foods so that you have room for protein (ground meat, eggs, cheese, chicken, bacon, Greek yogurt.)0

It might not be your cup of tea. But I use a scoop of chocolate protein powder, 2 tbs of pb2, mix it with 250ml of milk in a shaker bottle and stick it in the freezer and have it for dessert at night. It takes me ages to eat it, and it fills me up plus satisfies my sweet tooth.0
