Time to be happy with myself

Hi my names April!! For the most part if my life I have had weight issues and on top of that I'm kinda tall for a woman. I'm trying to get my weight under control and be happy with myself. I'm new to this and it seems to be rather hard staying focused. Anyone have any suggestions or tips?

    As Paul85027 said, connecting with people helps - having friends on here that you really enjoy talking to can make all the difference because it keeps you logging in every day.

    Also try and get a little exercise into every day - even on the days you just don't want to, make yourself walk to the end of the street and back. Might only be 10 minutes but it's more than you would have burned sitting on the couch! And I find once you're out there you tend to walk further anyway.

    Best of luck with it, there's nothing better than that feeling on losing weight and feeling you look great!
