HIIT IS AWESOME!!
I've been doing Hiit for only 3 days and I'm down 1lb!! I've cut sugar from my diet the past three days so in sure that has helped tremendously. If anyone wants to try Hiit I have a string of workouts you can do

    I'm starting HIIT for the stationary bike this evening. I'm following this pattern to get started: 15 sec high, 30 sec low for 20 minutes until I build myself up. Do you do the bike at all?

    Hi! I use my treadmill for Hiit. I am down 11 pounds in two months!

    That 1lb in 3 days might mostly be water and glycogen unfortunately. Don't be discouraged if your loss drops to 1lb every 7 days - more than that and you're likely losing muscle too - beware the dreaded skinny fat!

    Hiit is awesome though.
