NSV - my first and it was awesome...

This week I was at a friend's lake house. Several of my friends were there with their husbands and I've known them all since before they were dating way back in college. Well as I was heading to bed after a long day on the boat and trying to not drink the alcohol that I didn't need I was saying good night to the husbands and they said "Good Night Skinny Michelle". WOW shocking. I expect women to make comments about weight loss but the fact that the guys noticed AND commented was shocking and wonderful! What was even better was it sparked something in me that made we wake up the next morning and go for a long run before day two of lake house festivities! Then I had made a dessert for everybody for that second night which was really healthy and delicious and they named it "The Skinny Michelle". All and all - incredible motivation now that I've gotten this far!

    I think you should pass along "The skinny Michelle" receipe who doesnt love dessert.
