MFP not registering Vivoactive calories from steps/activity

I am a little confused as the calories remaining in Garmin Connect is higher than calories remaining in MFP. I don't think the calories from step activity is synching with MFP. What do I need to do/

    Do you see an adjustment entry from Garmin at all? (phone app it will show at bottom of diary/website it will show in exercise diary)

    If you see a "0" then:
    On phone app if you tap it (I think you have to tap it twice) will bring up the math behind your adjustment
    On the website click the little "i" next to where it says Garmin Connect Adjustment in your exercise diary to see the math behind the adjustment

    I have Vivofit. it happens to me as well. I usually enter my data manually if its not computing properly. I only have this problem when I do exercises such as running. Unfortunately there is nothing you can do about it.

    Activities show okay but that adjustment figure never changes. Perhaps I just don't understand what it is for or does? I did set it up and got negative calories but the count seemed to go the wrong way
