Needs encouragement and support

hello, about 10 months ago i started loosing weight after me and my ex boyfriend broke up i lost 10kgs and i need / wanting to loose another 10-15kgs but i am lacking motivation to do so! It would be fantasic if a couple of people could give me some motivation to continue to loose the weight and get closer to my goal weight and I will also support and encourage you to do the same thing!

    You have done well already! Just think about rubbing how good you look in your ex's face. Not only that, but you will feel better about yourself. Nothing to it, but to do it!!

    I agree with Cherese1983... think about how good you will feel when you reach your goals... Plus the satisfaction of making his JAW DROP when he sees what he has lost :wink:
  • i think you are doing great !!! its awesome that you lost 10 kgs and so your half way through your goal keep at it :D Your going to be so happy with your self when you succeed. You will have proved to yourself that you could do it . good luck
