Looking for suggestions - what to do in addition to daily walks?

Some background:

I lost 80 lbs in 2012-2013 with clean eating, walking, and the 30 Day Shred. I then developed some health problems, wasn't able to exercise, and over the course of the last 2 years gained about 50 lbs back. I got back on track in August and have lost about 15 lbs since then. I have fibromyalgia and have to be careful not to overdo it with working out or else I'm out of commission for days. I started with walking 30-40 minutes daily and have increased to 45-60 (brisk) minutes 6 days a week. I'm hoping to build myself up to running-- we'll see! Some days I do Jillian Michaels' Cardio Kickbox to mix it up.

I'm looking for other workouts to do at home that are not hard on the joints and are 30 minutes or less. I need to include some strength training. There are so many workout programs out there, it's a little overwhelming! I'd really appreciate some suggestions.
