I've been on a low carb diet for a while and I lost 30lbs but this past week I switched over to MFP and and have been staying under my calorie limit but everyday I gain more weight, why? I knew coming off low carb and going to low cal was going to cause some weight gain but it's like it won't stop going up, please help.

You can continue eating low carb on MFP... Anyway, eating carb again replenishes the glycogen stores; 1 gram of glycogen binds 3 grams of water; your body can store up to 500 grams glycogen.

I do both low carb and mfp. However, its most likely water weight gain. How long have you been off of low carb?0

It is water weight which will level out in a while. Just as when you went low carb and lost a lot of water weight initially...this is the reverse, assuming that you are eating a much higher percentage of carbs than you were.0
